GET IN TOUCH

FeeCalc is a one-person project. Questions, bugs, or just want to say hey — reach out.

What to Reach Out About

Anything goes, but here are the most common reasons people write in:

Good reasons to hit send
A fee rate is wrong or outdated
A platform is missing that should be included
You have a feature request or idea
You found a bug
You just want to say thanks

If a fee rate is wrong, include the platform name and what the correct rate should be — a link to the official fee page helps too. The more specific, the faster I can fix it.

How Fee Updates Work

Marketplaces change their fee structures regularly. eBay updated theirs in February 2025. TCGPlayer rolled out new rates in February 2026. When a platform announces changes, the calculator gets updated before the new rates take effect — so you're never working with stale numbers.

If you spot a discrepancy between what the calculator shows and what a platform is actually charging, that's exactly the kind of thing worth sending over. Accuracy is the whole point.

Platforms Currently Supported

The calculator covers 11 marketplaces: eBay (with all 6 store tiers and category-specific rates), TCGPlayer (marketplace, pro, direct, and sync seller types), Amazon (FBM and FBA with category-specific referral fees), Etsy (including offsite ads), Mercari, Poshmark, StockX (all 10 seller levels), Depop, Whatnot, Facebook Marketplace, and Walmart Marketplace (with WFS fulfillment tiers).

Have a platform you sell on that's not listed? Send it over. The more sellers who ask for a specific marketplace, the higher it moves on the priority list.

Response Time

This is a solo project, not a support desk with ticket numbers. That said, every email gets read and most get a reply within 24 hours. Bug reports and fee corrections usually get patched the same day.

I read every email and usually reply within a day.
